2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

a) Cancellation before 48 hours: If a flight ticket is canceled more than 48 hours prior to the departure time, customers will be refunded 75% of the ticket price. A 25% cancellation charge will be deducted.

b) Cancellation within 48 hours: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time, the ticket price is non-refundable.

c) Exceptions: Refunds beyond this policy will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of KTMLuklaFlight.com management.

3. Refund Process

a) Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.

b) An email notification will be sent to the customer once the refund has been processed.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been notified of a refund but haven’t seen it reflect in your account: a) First, review your bank account thoroughly. b) Consult with your credit card company, as sometimes it can take a while for the refund to be officially posted. c) If after performing these steps you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to our customer service team.

5. Flight Cancellations or Rescheduling by Airline

If a flight is canceled or rescheduled by the airline:

a) KTMLuklaFlight.com will make every effort to notify customers in a timely manner.

b) Customers will be given the option to rebook on an alternative flight or receive a full refund, with no cancellation charge.
